Postage & Packaging Charges (UK)

• Standard delivery on all products posted within the UK by Royal Mail.

• First class postage can be arranged on request.

Delivery Information (UK)

We will dispatch orders using Royal Mail between Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays or any other public holiday.

First class parcels may require a signature on arrival. Please ensure the delivery address is where someone will be present. In the event that no one is available to sign for the goods and a signature is required, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary information.

Returns & Exchanges

As all the pyrography projects created in our workshop are bespoke and require detailed consultation before work commences, under normal circumstances no returns will be accepted. However, in the unlikely event that

an order is damaged in transit, a refund would be given on receipt of photographic evidence.
